
70 businesswomen, alumni of the WINGS project in Kyiv region, took part in a regional project event
On March 25, 70 businesswomen, alumni of the WINGS project in Kyiv region, took part in a regional project event.
They offered their goods, advertised their services, were networking, buying, selling, and sharing their happiness for each other’s success!
The participants were greeted by Yuliia Tsarevska, WINGS Project Manager at Convictus Ukraine and Kateryna Mykhailenko, Grant Manager at Pact Ukraine: Building the world of equal opportunities.
They underlined that they were proud of all their alumni, seeing the results of the project in each one of them, and were happy that women were growing and helping others grow, even in such challenging times!
Motivational speeches and success stories were shared by:
Golda Vynogradska – fashion designer, public activist;
Kateryna Flekman – coach, motivational trainer, writer;
Roman Polovyi – Director of the Serhiy Tyhypko Foundation, Head of PR at TAS AGRO LLC.
The event also included a session “Women’s leadership. Economic security of women in times of crisis” conducted by gender expert Yaroslava Sorokopud.
Beetroot Academy Communication Officer Tetyana Mukhina spoke about the opportunities for women in IT.
Finally, the participants took part in a fantastic practical master class “Your personal brand. Promoting your product with your name” by Kostiantyn Halyuk, business trainer, coach and game training specialist.
It was a great day together! And there are so many wonderful things waiting for us in the future.
