For the past 10 years, Convictus Ukraine responds timely to the needs and challenges of Ukrainian society, strives to meet the international requirements for providing social assistance, successfully implements the best social innovations.
Throughout our activities, we are working to improve our programs, harmonize management and accountability with international standards. Every year Convictus Ukraine passes an independent financial audit accompanied by leading experts. Openness is one of the fundamental principles of our organization: our reports, project presentations and work outcomes are always available in public access.
We are developing and working to ensure equal rights of people for medical, social assistance and creation of conditions for improving the quality of life of key populations.
Convictus Ukraine implements the following programs in the respective areas.
- «PITCH – Partnership to Inspire, Transform and Connect HIV Response». The project goal is to increase the organizational capacity and ownership of leaders to influence regional and national HIV policies. The financial support of the initiatives is provided by the International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and Aidsfonds. Countries where the project is being implemented are Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, Mozambique. In Ukraine, the project is administered through the ICF “Alliance of Public Health”.
