On 29-30, January, a program meeting of managers and employees of “Convictus Ukraine” has taken place. The results of the previous year were presented at the event, and plans were approved that need to be implemented in 2018.

Our team discussed the challenges facing us this year, as well as ways to overcome the difficulties, to improve the quality of work. We noted our achievements, successes, discussed the state of implementation of the advocacy strategy of the organization. In addition, a presentation of new projects was held, that will be implemented in 2018.

A program meeting was completed with discussions on the implementation of system supervision in the organization.
